Cardiff lecture: Mental health's links to identity
Pride, prejudice and stigma can stop people talking about themselves leading to mental health difficulties, a counselling psychologist claims.
Dr Victoria Galbraith, director of the counselling psychology course at the University of Wolverhampton and originally from Rhos-on-Sea in Conwy county, will put Welsh identity under the spotlight at a lecture in Cardiff.
The British Psychological Society is hosting the free event on Saturday.
Dr Galbraith spoke to Mai Davies on BBC Radio Wales.
