Cardiff's University Hospital of Wales 'dangerous' say surgeons

They also claim that patients, including children, have suffered, because scheduled operations have been postponed at the University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff.

Hospital chiefs said they were addressing the problems.

BBC Wales health correspondent Owain Clarke reports.
