Eyewitness describes Newport fatal shooting scene
An eyewitness to a fatal shooting in Newport has described the scene he found moments after hearing shots.
Sam Williams, 33, was the first person on the scene following the shooting in Seabreeze Avenue on Thursday morning.
Armed police were called at 08:45 BST where a man, 49, and a woman, 46, were found seriously injured.
They were taken to hospital where the woman later died.
