Chef Bryn Williams to open bistro at Colwyn Bay water sports centre

Celebrity chef Bryn Williams is to open a bistro at a multi-million pounds water sports centre on Colwyn Bay promenade.

The announcement came at the official opening of Porth Eirias by First Minister Carwyn Jones on Monday.

Mr Jones said the project of new coastal defences, water sports centre and a permanent beach was an "amazing transformation".
