UKIP MEP John Bufton opposes Nigel Farage on devolution

John Bufton, UK Independence Party MEP for Wales, says he is opposed to devolution unlike party leader Nigel Farage who says it is here to stay.

Mr Bufton, who is standing down as an MEP next year, spoke to Bethan Rhys Roberts on BBC Radio Wales before Friday's UKIP annual party conference where Mr Farage told delegates immigration will be the big issue at next year's European elections.
