More women in work but not top jobs in Wales, figures show

Official figures from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) show more women in Wales are likely to be working than a generation ago.

But juggling work and family continues to be a struggle for many women.

Economics correspondent Sarah Dickins looks at how that could explain why men still fill many of the top jobs.
