24 hours to City of Culture 2017 announcement

Swansea Bay will find out in just over 24 hours if it has won the title of UK City of Culture for 2017.

The Wales entry - which includes Neath Port Talbot and Carmarthenshire as well as Swansea - is competing with Dundee, Hull and Leicester for the prize, which has been held this year by Derry/Londonderry.

Wednesday's announcement will be made by the UK government's Culture Secretary Maria Miller.

On a visit to the Swansea area Ms Miller told the BBC's Gilbert John the title would be a great way of "selling Swansea".
