Why family backs organ law change as information campaign begins
In two years Wales will become the first UK nation to introduce a system where people will be presumed to have agreed for their organs to be donated - unless they choose to opt out.
Between now and 1 December 2015 Welsh ministers want everyone in Wales to be made aware of the changes.
Carl Roberts from the BBC's Sunday Politics programme met one family which supports the new law.
