Flooded residents in Rhyl wary of 'cowboy' builders

Some residents in the Denbighshire seaside town of Rhyl are preparing to spend Christmas away from their homes after recent flooding.

A tidal surge breached defences earlier this month - with 400 people evacuated.

Those effected by the storms face up to nine months in alternative accommodation while repairs to their homes are carried out.

In the meantime, as Roger Pinney reports, home owners are being warned to steer clear of cowboy builders hoping to cash in on their misery.
