River Towy bursts bank in Carmarthen

The River Towy has burst its banks in Carmarthen with other rivers across Wales very high after continuing heavy rain, warns Natural Resources Wales.

Three flood warnings, including for Carmarthen, are in force, as are some two dozen flood alerts.
