Businesses in Wales optimistic for 2014 - survey

Welsh businesses are more confident at the start of this year than last, according to a survey of businesses in south and mid Wales by the chambers of commerce.

But optimism in the private sector comes alongside gloom in the public sector about the effect of cuts that will come into effect from April, says economics correspondent Sarah Dickins.
