Minister Alun Davies sees storm damage in north Wales

Concerns about who is going to pay for the damage caused by recent storms have been put to the natural resources minister during a visit to north Wales.

Natural Resources Minister Alun Davies visited sites along the north Wales coast as further heavy and persistent rain hit parts of Wales on Thursday.

The Met Office issued a yellow "be aware" rain warning which is in place until Saturday and an amber "be prepared" warning for strong winds on Friday.

There are two flood warnings, nine alerts and a high tide warning.

Roger Pinney reports.
