'Angry storm' as Wales hit by winds up to 100mph

Wales is being battered by exceptionally strong winds after the Met Office issued a red weather warning - the most severe - urging people likely to be affected to "take action".

The red warning applies to Ceredigion, Gwynedd, Anglesey, Pembrokeshire, Conwy and Powys.

BBC reporter Hywel Griffith, on the coast at Criccieth, Gwynedd, spoke to Tomos Dafydd in the Wales Today studio.

He said there was an "angry storm sweeping across the Welsh coast".
