Storms expose Porthcawl wartime Nazi tank defences

Wartime defences against the Nazi invasion threat are proving to be an unexpected hazard to beachgoers and surfers at Porthcawl on the south Wales coast.

The rusty remains of chains and other anti-tank devices have been exposed by the storms battering Wales' coastline in recent weeks.
