Councils in Wales face 'massively difficult' cuts decisions

Local authorities are having to make "massively difficult" decisions over the provision of services, a council leader has said.

Peter Fox, from Monmouthshire council, told BBC Radio Wales the situation faced by authorities was unprecedented.

Councils in Wales have had their funding from the Welsh government cut, and many are looking to increases in council tax to fill the deficit.

Oliver Hides spoke to Mr Fox and Gavin Davies, from Plas Madoc leisure centre in Wrexham, which is under threat of closure.
