Silk Commission: Youth justice and policing should be devolved

Youth justice and policing should be immediately devolved to Wales according to a report released on Monday.

The Silk Commission also calls for studies into the devolution of prisons, probation and all aspects of the justice system by 2025.

The report makes 61 recommendations in all, including more powers for the Welsh government over the generation of energy and an increase in the number of assembly members at Cardiff Bay.

BBC Wales correspondent Hywel Griffith spoke to Welsh Secretary David Jones.
