Legal aid change hits access to justice, says Law Society
Some parents are being denied access to justice in the family courts because of changes to the legal aid system, according to the Law Society in Wales which represents solicitors.
BBC Wales has spoken to one woman who has had to represent herself in court against experienced solicitors following changes to the rules brought in by the UK government last April.
But the UK government said legal aid was safeguarded for those most in need.
