George Osborne: Work on M4 should start
The chancellor George Osborne has said the Welsh government should start work on improvements to the M4 in south Wales.
He described the stretch of road as one of the worst bottlenecks in the country and said it was damaging the Welsh economy.
Mr Osborne said: "We want the Welsh assembly government to get on and be able to fund this earlier. Why wait for a vital improvement that will support jobs in the area?"
He was talking to Radio Wales' Oliver Hides.
