Deepcut: Des James hopes for 'closure' over daughter Cheryl
The family of a young Welsh soldier who was found shot dead at the Deepcut Army barracks in Surrey almost 20 years ago have been told they will be allowed to apply to the High Court for a fresh inquest into her death.
Cheryl James, from Llangollen, was one of four young soldiers to die from gunshot wounds at the barracks between 1995 and 2002.
The original inquest into her death returned an open verdict.
