UKIP 'strikes at Labour heartland', says Nick Servini
UKIP's success in the European elections in Wales strikes at many of Labour's heartland areas, says BBC Wales political editor Nick Servini.
The party finished narrowly behind Labour overall in Wales.
The Conservatives, who topped the poll in 2009, came third, followed by Plaid Cymru.
It means all four parties retained a seat representing Wales in the European Parliament.
