BBC Wales' new HQ at Cardiff bus station site 'exciting'
The director of BBC Cymru Wales has said he hopes the relocation of its headquarters to the city centre will be a catalyst for wider regeneration in the area.
Rhodri Talfan Davies added the corporation's move to the current bus station site in Central Square was a chance to be closer to audiences.
Staff will move from the current building in Llandaff to a new HQ in 2018.
