Cut Scotland's public spending if it stays in UK, poll told

New research suggests almost half of Welsh voters think public spending should be cut in Scotland if the country remains part of the UK.

Prof Richard Wyn Jones, from the Wales Governance Centre at Cardiff University, spoke to Wales Today.
