Peter Hain and John Redwood on further devolution
Former Welsh secretaries Peter Hain and John Redwood debate the prospects of further devolution within the UK after Scotland holds its referendum on independence.
Recent opinion polls suggest the two sides are neck-and-neck in the run up to the vote on 18 September.
The former Labour and Conservative ministers discussed the referendum on BBC Newsnight with presenter Laura Kuenssberg.
Mr Redwood said there should be an English parliament for English matters, but Mr Hain called for a federal UK with more power devolved to Wales and the English regions.
