Retailers 'still face tough time' - consortium

There is evidence High Street retailers in Wales continue to face a tough time, despite the apparent upturn in the economy.

Figures from the Welsh retail consortium, external suggest a bigger fall in the number of shoppers here compared to the rest of the UK.

It comes with the shock announcement that Phones 4 U has gone into administration threatening 140 jobs in Wales.
