How will Scots' vote impact further devolution in Wales?

Prime Minister David Cameron has issued a warning to Scots who are intending to vote in favour of independence there is "no going back" from a Yes vote.

But whatever the outcome of the referendum on 18 September, change is afoot for Wales.
