Stephen Crabb warns against 'lost opportunity' on powers

Welsh political leaders in Westminster are meeting for talks on further devolution.

Welsh Secretary Stephen Crabb will hear the views of Labour, Plaid Cymru and the Liberal Democrats following the Scottish independence referendum.

The Wales Bill, giving the assembly new tax-varying powers, will also continue its progress through parliament.

Mr Crabb has made changes to the Bill, designed to give Wales more flexibility on cutting or increasing income tax.

He said if the powers were not taken up it would be a missed opportunity.
