Wales to be offered tax-varying powers by UK government
A move to a "reserved powers" model for Wales will clear up confusion on which government is responsible for what, Welsh Secretary Stephen Crabb has said.
The Preseli Pembrokeshire MP announced a law would be introduced setting out what powers are reserved to Westminster and what is devolved to Wales.
He told the Conservative conference he will also offer Wales more flexible income tax-varying powers and urged the Welsh government to call a referendum on the matter.
