Welsh NHS sparks clash between Cameron and Miliband

David Cameron and Ed Miliband have clashed at Prime Minister's Questions in the Commons over the state of the Welsh NHS.

The prime minister claimed the Labour leader was "totally terrified" of his party's "failures" in running the health service in Wales.

Mr Miliband said Mr Cameron should stop "smearing" the NHS in Wales and start saving it in England.
