WW1 conscientious objector Morgan Jones MP 'hero'

He was a schoolteacher jailed for refusing to fight in World War One.

Morgan Jones later became Labour MP for Caerphilly - the first conscientious objector to be elected to parliament.

In a lecture in Westminster on Tuesday night, his successor in that constituency will argue that Mr Jones is an "unsung hero" who could be seen as the father of modern devolution.
