Businesses 'not ready for extreme weather' - FSB

A year after flooding forced 400 people from their homes along the north Wales coast, new figures show 59% of small businesses do not have a plan to deal with extreme weather.

The Federation of Small Businesses also suggests that two thirds have been affected by flooding, drought or snow over the last three years.

It has called on firms to prepare themselves for bad weather.
