A&E staff stressed says Wrexham consultant Dr Aruni Sen

Wrexham Maelor Hospital accident and emergency consultant Dr Aruni Sen said stress and the pressure of work was forcing staff to leave.

It comes as the number of people waiting more than four hours to be seen at A&E units in Wales has risen after the target was missed again.

Dr Sen told Mai Davies on BBC Radio Wales that loyalty to the department was the main reason he had not left.
