English email, text and social media for most Welsh speakers - survey

Welsh speakers mainly use English to communicate by email, text and social media, a report looking at the use of the language has found.

It also found the number of people who consider themselves fluent in the language has dropped slightly in the past decade, but the number with some grasp of it has risen.
