Alun Michael says police chiefs should make Taser decision

Whether Tasers are used by all front-line police officers should be a decision made by each force, a police and crime commissioner says.

But Alun Michael, commissioner for South Wales Police, says the call must be made by a chief constable who can then be held accountable.
