'Feeding frenzy' loan sharks warning in Wales

A cap on the interest payday loan companies can charge has led to a "feeding frenzy" for illegal loan sharks.

That's the view of the vice chair of the Financial Inclusion Commission, Chris Pond.

It comes as BBC Wales Week In Week Out programme found that there has been a 23% increase in personal debt across Wales in the last 12 months.
