Carmarthenshire Herald: 'News isn't just bought from a shop'
Industry-wide falls in circulation have not deterred the publishers of new local newspapers that have launched in Wales this week.
The Cambrian News, which already publishes editions in mid and north Wales, has begun printing another paper serving Cardigan, Newcastle Emlyn and Aberporth.
MegaGroup launched the Carmarthenshire Herald and the Llanelli Herald.
It is the owner of the existing Pembrokeshire Herald.
Editor Thomas Sinclair said the paper will be looking at hard-hitting news and to scrutinise the local council.
He said launching a new newspaper had to work on all platforms or it could not survive.
