Fears next generation of farmers in Wales will be lost

Wales could lose a generation of farmers if more is not done to increase mobility, the Country Land and Business Association has warned.

A review entitled Next Generation Into Farming made recommendations to encourage mobility within farming.

The CLA wants the Welsh government to promote "share farming" where farmers engage in a joint venture and divide profits.

They believe this will be a way for young people to join the industry.
