'Bat cam' at oldest timbered house
A rare bat colony discovered in the attic rooms of Wales' oldest dated timbered town house has been caught on camera for the first time.
The lesser horseshoe bats were discovered at 15th Century Nantclwyd y Dre in Ruthin, Denbighshire, 10 years ago during restoration work.
Now a "bat cam" set up by Denbighshire County Council and Chester Zoo can be viewed online, external.
The council said the camera will help with monitoring bat numbers.
