Cerys Yemm's mother 'needs to know' who placed offender at B&B

The mother of Cerys Yemm has called for answers on the circumstances surrounding her daughter's death.

Miss Yemm, 22, was killed at a B&B in Argoed, Caerphilly county, by Matthew Williams.

Williams, 34, died after being Tasered by police in the wake of the murder.

Her mother Paula Yemm, from Oakdale, told Week In Week Out she needs to know who made the decision to place Williams at the B&B.
