Swansea SA1 waterfront fly-through plans on show
A fly-through animation of a major waterfront development plan at Swansea has gone on show.
The University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD) showcased its proposals at the Dylan Thomas Centre in Swansea on Friday.
As a result of a public consultation, the UWTSD said it had revised some aspects, including changing building layouts and access, adding a second tall building at the southern tip of the peninsula and omitting student accommodation in the east end.
Bosses behind the multimillion pound master plan for the Swansea Waterfront Innovation Quarter said they hoped to establish a substantial university presence at the SA1 Waterfront area by 2018.
A full version of the film can be viewed on the university's YouTube, external page.
