Council comes up with a novel way of reusing paint

With leftover paint difficult to recycle because of chemicals it contains, a Welsh council has come up with a novel way of reusing unwanted tins.

Rhondda Cynon Taf council is reusing paint dropped off at recycling centres for community projects.

Among those benefitting is a new extension at a Beddau school.
