Meet Neil McKay from the Hazardous Area Response Team

Neil McKay is a paramedic operative for Wales' Hazardous Area Response Team (Hart).

The specialist team of ambulance staff have been trained to provide life-saving care in hostile environments like industrial accidents, natural disasters, as well as chemical, biological, radioactive, nuclear and terrorist incidents.

The team is also deployed to major road traffic collisions and large fires.

Neil McKay recalls how the team assisted in the search for April Jones.
