Kinmel Hall in Conwy county 'among most endangered' in UK

A Grade I listed building in Conwy county is among the most endangered buildings in the UK, the Victorian Society has said.

The society has published its annual list of the most at-risk Victorian and Edwardian buildings in England and Wales.

Kinmel Hall, near Abergele, has been nicknamed "Welsh Versailles" and "discount Downton".

Plans to turn it into a hotel have not yet been successful and the society said it may go beyond repair if nothing is done.

Roger Pinney reports.
