Petition over A55 roadworks hold-ups

Almost 1,500 people have signed an online petition calling for changes in the way traffic is managed through roadworks on one of Wales' main routes.

Contraflows and lane closures have been put in place on the A55 on both sides of the Conwy Estuary while work is done to replace tunnel lighting.

The Welsh government said the work is essential and has been timed for a quiet time of year.
