Let's get on with city deal, chancellor tells Cardiff audience

Chancellor George Osborne has said he wants a £1.3bn "city deal" for economic development and transport projects in south east Wales signed before his budget on 16 March.

"Let's get on with it," he said in his speech to business leaders in Cardiff.
