Steel job losses loom in Port Talbot

With the British steel industry in crisis and thousands of jobs lost in Scotland and England, the focus is about to turn to Wales.

With Port Talbot steelworks said to be losing £1m a day, an announcement is expected on Monday.

BBC Wales understands losses there will not be as many as 1,000 but in the hundreds.

Aberavon MP Stephen Kinnock said the industry needs to restructure in order to weather this storm.
