Macur review: Extent of child abuse 'staggering'
The extent of child abuse in north Wales care homes was "staggering," an MP has said.
Shadow Secretary of State for Wales Nia Griffith said rapes happened over many years, even decades.
On Thursday, Lady Justice Macur published her review into the the Waterhouse inquiry, which published its findings in 2000.
The Waterhouse inquiry looked into the abuse of children in care between 1974 and 1996.
