Call for better awareness of crime commissioner elections

More should be done to ensure people are aware of the upcoming police and crime commissioner elections, it has been claimed.

Gwent PCC Ian Johnston will not be seeking re-election on 5 May but has said more needs to be done to make people aware of the role.

Just 15% of people turned out to vote at the last elections in 2012.
