Cardiff parking warden who swore at man removed from duty
A parking warden in Cardiff has been removed from duty "until further notice" after swearing at a father of two in the street.
Silviu Bungaru, 31, who lives in Cathays, filmed the encounter on Monday, in which the enforcement officer threatened to have him arrested.
"I was trying to explain to him why I didn't have one," he said.
A Cardiff council spokesman said: "An investigation will now take place into the circumstances surrounding the event.
"The council does not condone this type of behaviour and has guidelines which we expect our employees to adhere to."
