Brexit: Baroness Morgan says time for calm heads and stability

The European Union will be "a very different" place by the time Brexit negotiations are finished, Labour AM Baroness Morgan has said.

It follows comments from Scotland's First Minister Nicola Sturgeon that her parliament could veto the referendum decision to leave the EU.

Welsh Conservative leader Andrew RT Davies said the decision on the issues of EU law written into Welsh legislation was a matter for the National Assembly to decide as a whole.

But Baroness Morgan, a former Euro MP, told the BBC's Sunday Politics Wales that now was not the time for that discussion in Wales.
