Rail trespassers caught on CCTV by British Transport Police

British Transport Police has released CCTV footage of young people trespassing on railway lines.

The force said there had been a 19% rise in incidents across Wales from 108 in 2014 to 128 last year.

It warned summer holidays were a prime time for young people to trespass, with them twice as likely to do so compared to winter.

The footage includes scenes of people crossing between platforms and only just getting clear before a train goes through at speed.
